Onboarding Paperwork

Becoming a member is easy. We simply need an authorized agent at the education agency to sign the below paperwork, authorize the pricing specific to your district, and send those forms to us.

1. Membership Agreement - As discussed this is a grassroots collaborative effort, and our membership agreement reflects that we are here to support you. You can see for yourself that there are no additional strings attached.

2. Data Privacy Addendum - This is a generic template designed to cover your Student Information System and any vendor integrations that do not have their own data privacy templates. If you have a standard addendum that you would prefer we use, this can replace this document but we will need you to share this with us.

3. Technical Support Authorization - Recognizing that small education agencies have limited IT capacity, we can take on this work for you at no additional cost.

4. Technical Contact & Desired Vendor Integrations - this will allow us to begin work with your tech team and know which integrations are relevant for you.

5. Colorado Rural Education Collaborative - For Colorado districts, as part of our work together, we ask that you become a formal part of the CREC to support our ability to leverage collective bargaining power to work with vendors in support of this project and other needs in the future.
